We collect the following data:

• Identification data: first and last name.
• Contact data: email, phone.
• Booking data: desired date, type of experience, number of participants, free message.
• Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (via cookies).

3. Purposes of processing

Your data is used to:

• Respond to your contact and booking requests.
• Manage the activity and its organisation.
• Issue commercial documents (quotes, invoices).
• Comply with our legal obligations (accounting, taxation).
• Improve our website and services (anonymised statistics).

4. Legal basis

Processing is based on: (1) performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures (booking), (2) compliance with legal obligations (accounting), (3) our legitimate interest (service improvement), (4) your consent (non-essential cookies, commercial communications where applicable).

5. Retention periods

• Booking data: duration of the commercial relationship + legal accounting retention period (7 years in Belgium).
• Contact data (without booking): 3 years after last contact.

6. Recipients

Your data is only accessible to authorised persons within Gaume Experience. It may be shared with: our technical providers (host, management tools), our accountant, and competent authorities in case of legal obligation. No data is sold to third parties.

7. Transfers outside the EU

No personal data from visitors is transferred outside the European Union. We use Google Search Console to monitor SEO performance: this tool processes only aggregated and anonymised data on the publisher side (Gaume Experience), and places no cookie on the visitor's device.

9. Cookies

Our site uses cookies to ensure its proper operation and, subject to your consent, to measure audience. You can manage your preferences via the information banner on your first visit.

Cookies used:

• Technical cookies (necessary): session, security — no consent required.
• Audience measurement cookies: none. We do not use Google Analytics or any other tracking tool requiring consent.
• Google Fonts: Outfit and Inter fonts are loaded from fonts.googleapis.com and fonts.gstatic.com. On this occasion Google may collect the visitor's IP address as part of the technical loading. No cookies are placed.

10. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your data against loss, alteration or unauthorised access: secure HTTPS connection, restricted access to authorised persons, regular backups.
