Participant declarations

I, the undersigned, expressly declare:

• to be at least 16 years old;
• to know how to ride a bicycle and to be able to use an all-terrain electric scooter;
• to be physically fit to take part in a sports and outdoor activity;
• to have no medical contraindication;
• not to be under the influence of alcohol, drugs or substances impairing my abilities;
• to have received a safety briefing and usage instructions before departure;
• to have read the General Terms and Conditions of Rental and Participation of GAUME EXPERIENCE and to accept them without reservation;
• to be covered by a valid family civil liability insurance covering the material and bodily damage I could cause during the activity.

Acceptance of risks

I expressly acknowledge that the practice of all-terrain electric scootering involves inherent risks, including in particular:

• falls;
• collisions;
• loss of balance;
• slips;
• natural obstacles;
• terrain irregularities;
• weather conditions;
• riding errors;
• or behaviour of other users.

I understand and accept that these risks may result in injuries, material damage or bodily accidents.

I voluntarily take part in the activity at my own risk.

Liability

I acknowledge being personally responsible for my riding, my speed, compliance with instructions, compliance with the Highway Code and the use of the equipment throughout the activity.

I remain responsible for damage to the equipment, damage caused to third parties and any imprudent or dangerous use of the equipment.

I acknowledge that GAUME EXPERIENCE provides no individual accident insurance covering participants' injuries.

I also acknowledge that GAUME EXPERIENCE may not be held liable for accidents, falls or injuries resulting from a fault of the participant, non-compliance with instructions, imprudent use, terrain conditions or normal risks linked to the activity, except in the case of demonstrated gross or intentional misconduct.

Image rights

• I authorise GAUME EXPERIENCE to use photos and videos taken during the activity for promotional and communication purposes.
• I refuse the use of my image.
